the Thomas G. Thompson some scientists continue their experiments while
researchers and others begin the process of breaking down incubation
tanks, the clean room or bubble, and packing equipment for the
journey back to the Darling Marine Center in Maine. Today's voyage
is scheduled to barely enter the Queen Charlotte Straight, then alter
the heading to navigate the ship out around the northern end of
Vancouver Island. CTD casts will continue. The ship will
sail the length of Vancouver Island into the Strait of Jaun de Fuca.
